Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Custom and made-to-measure pieces

Custom, bespoke, and made-to-measure pieces are cut to your measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, size swaps, or any other return you initiate, you pay return shipping. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, or in the wrong size, colour, or design compared with your confirmed order, we cover shipping both ways and will replace it or refund it in full.

How to start a return

Email us at apogeedetaj@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Original delivery is free, so nothing is deducted for shipping.
